We are good neighbors so we don't allow parties, no exceptions.

Santa Barbara County requires all short term rentals to also have a permanent residence on the property. There is a separate apartment on the property that is fully occupied.  Please respect their privacy as they will respect yours.
Please do not access areas that are posted as PRIVATE.

PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY
​The driveway and garage is for the use of our permanent tenant. 
You may pull in to unload but please park on the gravel parking area on the street.
